1. Purpose of the App

ActiFly is expressly not a dating, matchmaking, or escort platform.

Any use for romantic, sexual, or commercial purposes is not the purpose of the app and is not permitted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Use of ActiFly is permitted only for persons aged 16 and over.
• Users must provide true and complete information during registration.
• Only one user account per person is permitted.

3. User Account

• Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
• Sharing login information with third parties is prohibited.
• ActiFly must be informed immediately if any misuse is suspected.

4. Conduct within the App

All users agree to treat each other respectfully and fairly. The following are specifically prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or insults
• Sexual, pornographic, or offensive content
• Spam, fraud, or deception
• Fake profiles or false information
• Advertising, commercial offers, or affiliate links
• Content that violates applicable law

ActiFly reserves the right to review content and remove it if it violates any rules.

5. Activities & Content

• Users are solely responsible for the activities and content they create.
• ActiFly makes no guarantee regarding the creation, quality, or safety of activities.
• Meetings and activities are undertaken at the participants' own risk.

6. Communication (Chats)

• Chats are solely for organizing and coordinating activities.
• Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate content can be reported.
• ActiFly is entitled to review chat content within the framework of legal regulations, provided this is necessary for security or to prevent misuse.

7. Moderation & Sanctions

ActiFly reserves the right to:

• Delete content
• Restrict features
• Temporarily or permanently block users
• Delete user accounts

There is no right to reinstatement of a blocked or deleted account.

8. Disclaimer

• ActiFly is not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or participation in activities.
• ActiFly assumes no liability for the conduct of other users.
• Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. App Availability

• ActiFly is provided “as is.”
• There is no guarantee of permanent availability or error-free operation.
• Features may be changed, expanded, or discontinued.

10. Termination of Use

• Users may delete their account at any time.
• ActiFly may suspend or delete accounts for violations or for security reasons.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service

ActiFly reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any significant changes in an appropriate manner.
